What a way to start off my journey on quitting sugar and building a new relationship with food. I was tested from the moment I woke up. From getting run off the road multiple times on my commute, to working with tigers on a live shot for the news, to witnessing a man collapsing on the side of the road (and stopping to call 911 and help him), I had all sorts of triggers thrown my way. But fortunately, I stayed the course and avoided sugar consumption. I’m exhausted, but glad that day one is in the books!
