Day 6 of 66: I Missed My Day 5 Update, but I’m Not Giving Up

I decided to skip the day 5 reel update of my journey breaking up with sugar and refined carbohydrates. I spent the day focusing on my family and my kids, walking, exercising, and live streaming over at daddoesvideogames.com and udcmcomedy.com. Other than that, there is not much to update.

What I ate & What I did today

I consumed a total of 1,762 calories today. I walked at about 3.5 mph for 31 minutes and took a total of 11,265 steps for the day.

Breakfast: 220 calories

  • Large Eggs, fried (2)
  • Low Sodium Bacon, fried (2)

Lunch: 844 Calories

  • Sunbutter Sunflower Spread, No Sugar Added (2.5 tbsp)
  • Homemade Creamy White Chicken Chili (3 Cups)

Snacks: 100 Calories

  • Cosmic Crisp Apple

Dinner: 582 Calories

  • Homemade Creamy White Chicken Chili (3 cups)
