After getting an outpouring of support and making it through a migraine filled Day 2, I’ve decided to continue making reels. Day 3, I’m still feeling a little bit down and out, but the migraine is gone. I feel a little more empowered and confident on my decision to quit eating sugar and refined carbs. I’m still working on my plan, but I feel a little more put together in the sense that I really believe I can do this.
