After my last update, I took a breath and decided to focus my intentions on changing negative thoughts to positive ones. The biggest challenge in overcoming the addiction to sugar and refined carbs, for me, has been the mental part of it all. I’ve really been focusing on my negative thoughts, but in a way that helps me analyze them and why my past reaction to them has always been with food.
