Week 1 went off with a bang, but Week 2 has proven to be a little tough. On Day 1 of week 2, I injured my shins to the point of having to quit. I rested and rode my bike to warm up my legs, then started the exercise over. It’s getting better, but I will have to really focus on losing weight soon to get to the point where I don’t injure myself.
