For the last two and a half years, my life has been completely reshaped. I left a 13‑year relationship, built a new one I thought would last forever, and then watched that fall apart too. Tonight’s walk turned into a reflection on grief, gratitude, and what it means to start over at 43.
In this stream, I talk about:
- How I rebuilt my life after leaving a long-term relationship
- What it felt like to manifest a new beginning — and lose it
- Why grief is really a reflection of love
- Learning to be alone for the first time in my life
- Finding gratitude even when it hurts
As I said in the stream: “I’ve been trying to flip it upside down and be thankful for the experience… grief is also a reflection of love.”
If you’re going through loss, heartbreak, or a major life reset, maybe this helps you feel less alone.
