how can fear be used as a tool…. lucid dreamers use fear as means of becoming lucid..

That is really creepy, I never had an O.B.E but if I do get one I want to really explore the world. I only discovered this today and I only had sleep paralysis once and in was today morning, I thought I was dead. Also do you know if you could maybe explore space while astral projecting, visit the moon for example? )))

You should read Robert Monroe's 3 books on his experiences. Explains a lot of this. The books by William Bulhman are great as well.

Pretty much the same thing happened to me last night. I remember thinking to myself before I fell asleep that i might fall into sleep paralysis witch i get sometimes. But this time whats different . So my little nephew came into my room and I work overnight and I remember my mom yelling at him to get out he needs to sleep. He was going into my room to get Are cat next think i knew i couldn't move my body but i was up i fell into sleep paralysis but this time i somehow force myself out of my body and I remember telling myself am I dreaming so I pretty much floated into the hallway where my mom was and I hear her going up the stairs everything was dark and blurry and I tried to call out for my mom the next thing I knew I'm back in my body stuck in the sleep paralysis and i hear my mom walking up the stairs which was crazy. This is so crazy that or body and soul are able to do this. There so much we dont know. I would love to experience this again and try to control it.

Why would people take it as a joke or normalize it as an everyday dream or any normie shit like that?.

I have had this happen for years… it has stopped since I haven't been so afraid.. but everytime it is a very ominous feeling.. this morning I flew up towards the ceiling😅 I was to afraid to leave the house, I felt as if I could..

I’ve had other weird experiences as a child but never sleep paralysis or obe before. That’s is until last year for the first time and now for a second time two nights ago. Every time I swear I’m awake and get a feeling of something not nice in the room I get shot up into the air and I can’t move. I can only move my eyes and it’s definitely been a very scary experience. This is the first time hearing experiences similar to mine

I CAN LEAVE MY BODY AT WILL. ANYTHING HAPPENING IN MY LIFE OR ANY FOOD I ATE DOESNT EFFECT MY PERFORMANCE. IT TAKES ME ABOU T 1-2HOURS TO ACHIVE OBE. IF YOU WANT TO KNOW HOW JUST ASK. OR READ ESMERALD TABLETS OF THOTH.

Hey mate. Thanks for sharing your experience. Have you read about the “Gateway process” or the Monroe Institute? You should look it up. There is a CIA declassified document that explain what happens with brain on these situations. It actually teaches how to do it.
