Walking to Myself: EP1 – Inward Coping & Starting Over at 43
February 24, 2026

In this video, I take you with me on a walk as I try to process one of the hardest seasons of my life. I’ve always been an inward coper — someone who deals with pain quietly, privately, and internally — but today I’m trying something different by speaking outwardly for once.

Over the last several months, my life has been reshaped in ways I never expected. From unemployment, to losing my home, to rebuilding everything I had just rebuilt, to navigating therapy again, to trying to stay grounded for my kids… it’s been a lot. Walking has been my lifeline. Moving my body, being in nature, and staying present is how I cope, heal, and find myself again.

This series is called “Walking to Myself” because that’s exactly what I’m doing… step by step, mile by mile, trying to rediscover who I am and who I’m becoming.

If you’re going through something heavy, I hope this helps you feel less alone. We all cope differently. This is me trying to cope outwardly for once.

Thank you for watching.
